Day 11

My son & I were spelling lots of L words today. We are about half way through the alphabet, so half way done with preschool. Then my baby will be in kindergarten!

Day 10

No photo to post. Well, actually I took some of my daughter this am. But, I never got the time to get onto my pc. Now, it's after 11:00pm & I am so tired. I'm trying to get to bed before midnight for once! I'll post todays & tomorrows tomorrow. I'm just very lazy right now.

Day 9

To dos & organization.

I'd love to hear how all of you organize, plan, make lists, & just keep everything straight in your head.

My hubby is a great organizer. He has been trying to get me to keep everything on my outlook, appointments, orders, to dos, well everything. I do use that & I also use my trusty old white board.

How do you do it?

Day 8

The pine trees look so beautiful when there is a heavy sticky snow on them. I took my oldest to school & these trees are outside of our backyard, I of course thought to myself I have to take picture before the sun comes & melts it all away.

The kids also had some friends over today. This was a picture they wanted to do.

Day 7

We had a busy day here, Sunday School, grocery shopping, kids building a snow fort, laundry, homework...well most of you know life is sure busy. I didn't even take my camera out until late tonight. The kids wanted to get matching pjs (because usally they wear mixed up pjs), & get their puppies. They called this a puppy, pj, pile up! Cute, huh? I know the pic. isn't the best but sometimes I just want to take a pic. & not worry about all the settings & such. So, here is my non techincal correct picture.

Tomorrow I"ll get back to posting on all of your blogs. Thanks to all that have left me messages, I read them all!

I should be in bed as my good friend went into labor this evening & I have to watch her other children in the morning. For those of you that don't know I am a night owl & not a morning person at all. Hopefully I'll get to see a newborn tomorrow & get some cute pics!

Day 6

Pheeewww, I got my photo done for the day! I knew the weekends were going to be tough for getting this done on time but I'm proud of myself for keeping up with the challenge.

I took the kids & a couple of their friends (& their dog) sledding today. It was so much fun! Their only wish was to have more snow. We don't have much for this time of year, so hopefully we'll get more soon & then according to them it will be so much more awesomer!!

Day 5

I love when the kids run up to you & say look Mom it's for you! And, of course I always respond I love it. Here is one from today that I just loved!

Day 4

My daughter wants to be a race car driver. She has said this for about 3 years & this is the only thing she wants to be & hasn't changed her mind. This is what is hanging all over her bedroom. It's peel & stick stickers, the kids that are movable & won't damage the walls. So, they are rearranged quite a bit. Oh, & her favorite color is blue & we let her pick the colors for her new room. She has two different shades of blue. And, yes she is a girl...can you believe it?? I love her to pieces.

Tues. & Thurs. are very busy for me. I hadn't taken a photo yet today & thought of this at 9:00pm. I ended up going into a bedroom & shot this. This challenge is to take a photo a day right, of anything? :)

Day 3

I used a color pop action on this one. I normally lower the opacity way down to around 15 - 25%, but this one I thought I'd try it at 50%. What do you think? It's kind of out there for me.

We are already on day 2!!
Ok, I know you really don't need to see 10 pictures of basically the same thing. I had one willing subject today that asked to have pictures taken! Since he was willing I said ok & how about a lollipop. I always reserve the pops for my paying clients, but heck I was in a good mood today. I was trying various locations, angles, the light...well everything. So maybe all my friends can tell me the good, the bad & the ugly on these pics. I know I certainly have my mommy googles on.

Day One

I am posting a photo a day for 30 days with some awesome online friends whom are all photographers. I was kind of late in the game with this so here is my first photo (s) from today. I have this awesome sweet apple red backdrop & the kids wanted to do some sort of Valentine photos with it. Here is my little contribution for the day!
